Wayne County Schools is proud to announce CK Elementary School 2nd Grade Teacher, Sharon Cole, has been announced as a finalist for the 2024 West Virginia Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Cole's passion for teaching and dedication to her students, school and community is evident to anyone who knows her.
Mrs. Cole constantly strives to get the most out of her students by creating rigorous and engaging lessons. The life sized "Magic Treehouse Reading Center" in her classroom showcases Mrs. Cole's creative and energetic approach in the classroom.
